Over 25 years MARK has helped more than 35 families and individuals with home ownership. We provided assistance with down payments and closing costs as well as mandatory rehab work needed to bring structures up to code. In a region where much of the population lives in poverty and many homes are second homes, this program brought needed assistance to those at or below 112% of HUD median income levels for Delaware County ($80,640 for a family of four in 2020).
