Program Overview

Following significant housing damage caused by Tropical Storm Debby on August 9-10, 2024, HCR is making funds available to assist income eligible homeowners impacted by the storm. The program seeks to offer emergency home repair assistance and/or reimbursement to impacted homeowners who reside in the following eligible counties: Allegany, Delaware, Franklin, Jefferson, Oswego, St. Lawrence and Steuben. These funds will be available to homeowners whose primary residence sustained storm damage and for whom home and/or flood insurance coverage or other forms of disaster recovery funds are not sufficient to return the home to safe and habitable condition (“Program”).

Complete Applications will be accepted on a first come first served basis. They should be emailed to Jonathan@markproject.org and copied to admin@markproject.org.

Applications will close on November 8.
